There isnt a windows folder, the previous owner must have deleted it! Any way to get in back?

Re: PPC 6700 ringers help please!!

Nice try...the previous owner could not have deleted it. That folder is protected. I bet you're in My Documents. Hit the "Up" text at the bottom left of screen and that should take you back to My Device. And you shoulda done a hard reset right when you got the phone to clear out all data. To do that you can go to Start>Programs>ClearStorage and follow the instructions on then screen. Like weedahoe said it's gonna be long thread.

Re: PPC 6700 ringers help please!!

Weedahoe said it - long thread....

KravitzGrl - think of the phone as a small version of your PC - many of the same applications and directories are there, just in a smaller, "mobile" sense.

If you are not familiar with how windows PCs are put together, then this is going to take a while

Also, to see that Windows folder on the PPC you need to (in file/windows explorer) on the PC, go to Toots -> Foler Options -> View and make sure "Show Hidden Files and Folder" is selected.
