Looking for a 3.x ROM with Widcomm Bluetooth Stack

Can someone please point me to a 3.x ROM that has the Widcomm Bluetooth stack? I'm hoping that this stack will have the PANU profile I'm looking for. Or if there isn't one, some hints on whether it would be possible to build one?

Thanks - Mark.

widdcom is like 8 megs. Its huge to integrate into a ROM without sacraficing a lot of the customization that the current rom authors have put in. Your best bet would be to build your own ROM with it or just eat the 8 megs of space and install it after the fact. There is cab files out there for it. You can install it to your ext.rom if your worried about hard storage on the phone.

Anyways good luck.

Maybe the new ROMS (3.x) work differently, but I tried a while back and it would not install to the extended ROM. You *have* to install it your storage memory. However, you can install ~9 megs worth of other apps to your extended ROM to get the needed space on your storage memory.

Could you point me to the Widcomm cab file? I'll give it a go and even play around with building a ROM. I've wanted a reason to do this anyway. Thanks.

Never mind. Found it at
