Incorporating flash work into phone os

ok this is a pretty difficult question, I have emulated the iphone slider and other special unique features in adobe flash actionscript, but the problem I seem to have come up with is incorporating it through the phone. For example, Say when you hard reset the ppc and it goes in the the windows splash screen, right after the splash I need the phone to talk to an .exe of the flash and than load it up. What is the best way to do this, and if any coders want to help with this project I would be very grateful.

lockie, this can be done with autorun. This is how I have customized the customization process in my newest rom. Come find me in the chat room sometime and I can explain what you may want to try.

I am not a great coder, but it seems to me you should be able to use the registry to load your program into flash lite (or something similar upon start). as for autorun... i thought that was only for running cabs in the extended rom.. on the first boot. not for every start up....?

It is. He said hard reset. You can do a lot more with Autorun.exe and a config.txt.

I can also be loaded right into the xip if you're advanced enough.

ok so basically I want to do something with a autorun?.. like i said im not sure the go abouts with phone programming, and if it interests you guys and the community to maybe getting this into a little project to run flash for the phone os, you can do alot, its just getting the whole point of starting the exe throughout the phone, because with the flash actionscript you can do pretty much everything to communicate with the phones files. I am really interested on some ideas and if you can explain in further detail we could possibly do something big here.

I will get some screen shots of what I am currently doing with the flash and show you a brief demonstration.
