Help!! f'd my Sync

Sorry I am not searching first but am stressed and was hoping for a quick response. I just rebuilt my computer and so only had 4 or 5 contacts in my contact book. Went to replace contacts by syncing my ppc 6700. I thought i changed settings so it would keep all my phone info. Apparently I didn't. Is there any way for me to recover the info? Please be Kind i allready feel like a complete retard that I am.

I don't believe there is a way to recover them. I'm not 100% sure on that, so don't hunt me down if I end up being wrong, but that happened to me before as well. I always like to have some sort of backup for each end of things in case something goes wrong, even if I never end up needing to restore.

It's gone. Use PIMBackup to avoid this in the future.

Re: Help!! f'd my Sync

Thanks I kinda thought that was the case but I was hoping somebody knew of some recovery program. There is a money maker a recovery tool for phone contact lists. I would spend $50 to recover all my info. Even though I will hopefully learn from this mistake.

Re: Help!! f'd my Sync

Did you check your deleted items in Outlook? I think sometimes they end up there when they get erased from phone or PC. Otherwise, I agree, no way to get them back...Sorry.
