Verizon xv6700 no phone service

So I recently tried one of the 3.3 rom updates and it did not work. So I went back and loaded the 2.2 from Verizon. It loaded fine. But now, I have no phone service. Instead of bars showing my strength I have a "!" there instead. If I go to my phone settings then the Services Tab there is nothing. When I check the device properties it has Radio then says None next to it.

PLEASE HELP!!!
