move pim.vol to new replacement phone?

Hello, I just activated my replacement 6700 and loaded the same rom that was on my prior 6700. I would like to move the pim.vol file over to my new phone to save all my contacts and what not on my new phone. I tried searching but I can't find anything here while I'm at work. So if someone knows the procedure I would appreciate it if you could help me out

pim.vol should be in the root folder. Just copy it from your old phone via Activesync or to a miniSD. Then copy it back onto your new phone via the same method.
