Cant Recieve Calls Or Texts

i know that there was a similar thread to this but that was specific to his situationa and it did not at all help me. my phone was working fine before i tried to update it here is a list of things that i did to my phone that may help

1. updated to helmi-c's original wm6 update
2. flashed my phone back to the aku 3.5 rom
3. updated the radio to 1.41
4. updated the prl throught verizon

after doing all of this my phone still is stuck in ev-do and is unable to recieve calls or texts until i make a call please if there is any way you can help please do
