Troublesome 6700, cant get it to boot up.

hello everyone,

I was working with kyppcgeek (i think that was his name, my memory isnt the greatest) in the chat last night and we couldnt really make much headway on my Apache...

Here is whats happening:

i bought the phone refurbished, they sent me the wrong wall charger, but the proper usb cable. I plugged the phone into usb and it came on it displayed "Verizon" and some version numbers on the bottom, then went to a white screen and stopped.

I've tried flashing it with the latest verizon rom and that has made minor progress: it will load the verizon screen, then go to Windows Mobile screen and reboot then white screen.

Here is some relevant rom version information:

R 1.43.00
D 3.14.30

I've tried re-flashing it with other ROMs and i keep running into Error 201 where it cannot get the device data.

I really like this phone and hope someone out there can help me get it working. I've emailed the people I bought it from to try to get a replacment as this one (to me) is DOA. They've not replied yet.

Any help is appreciated..

R 1.43.00 means the previous owner did some customizations. I would say flash with stock ROM again, and hard reset untill it works...
