Oh yes I did that when I used the kitchen but I have since went back to factory. I am going to try and flash again from the kitchen and see if that fixes it.

if you still have problems, find gguruusa in the chat.. he's much more ppcgod-like than some hater. Oh, and by flashing back to factory you proved his comments about 6 causing problems have nothing to do with your situation, as far as I can tell.

Good luck.

I agree with you and I will def. post back to let everyone know what happens with the new kitchen flash as soon as I finish here briefly. If it does not work I will look for gguruusa.

No, Im not a PPCGod nor do I pretend to be but I have been around a lot longer than you and with more common sense than you obviously. I pointed out the obvious, It is either end-used error on the software side (cooking and flashing) or hardware related (ehich I really doubt). How hard is that for you to really see?

If you are running WM6 mikeklemz, then you please tell me what you gained from doing so over WM5 because I all read every day (and I am on here multiple times throughough the day) are people having issues in the beginning or later on down the road with WM6 (wifi, bluetooth, white screens, lock ups, looping clock-cycles, slowness, skipping in music players, ECT.) So please tell me what it is you got out of WM6 that you didnt get in WM5.

On the other hand, have you had any great success with anyone elses rom(s) I am thinking that I may have had an issue with this last flash and the kitchen.
Right you dont have Hybrid w/o doing a reg edit to get that option. Try looking at the link here if you wanna know those options and more. However just so you and everyone else does know you can get your "Mode of Operation" from going here

HKLM\SOFTWARE\OEM\PhoneSetting
Change the option HiddenPreferenceMode from 1 to 0

At the same time mlhms1553 now believes it is in his ROM (as I suggested the first time).

I never said WM6 was THE issue but said many people have issues with WM6. The threads themselves prove that. However, I have yet tosee you provide a solid educated guess to what the resolution is or what the root of the issue is.

Thanks for your help???

I never assumed that it was in the ROM. I just started a thread to see if someone knew what the problem could be and maybe help me out with it.

I have since flashed and apparently missed something in the kitchen the last time I flashed and everything is working fine now. Thanks again for the Help? I guess.?.?

Could it be the radio ROM? Try using phonixs ROM 1.41. Im using WM 6.1 and have never had any problems with it. But i do wish i stayed with WM 5. WM 6.1 is I SWEAR as bad as Windows ME

Re: STUCK IN EV-DO can not receive calls PLEASE HELP

Weedahoe is right. Even people like me who DO like WM6.1 still hate it and prefer WM5. 6 wasn't designed for the Apache and therefore is hella buggy on it.
