..net compact framework 2 sp 2 has been released....any of the ROMS out here have that in em yet?

We already know about .NET CF 2 SP2:

Each person developing a specialized ROM will be reporting in each individual thread; afaik, nobody has yet.

Best way to know is to read the thread of the ROM you are installing. The developer will most likely include it in the first post along with all of the other goodies they have included.
