Check the registry key below. Make sure that it has a value of 1 for "Index" and not 0.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\DRIVERS\BUILTIN\ALLLEDMGR] "Index"=dword:1

Isnt there some article somewhere about the battery not being seated all the way and that somehow causing the vibrate feature to not work?
Maybe I'm babbling as I always do. Are the leds flashing on the front? (we know they are related...) Dunno.

do a search, yes it has been discussed. in short take your battery out, put it back in, and press on it somewhat hard. see if this fixes the problem. search for the thread if it doesn't work.

sorry to hear that. the battery trick always worked for me. I would take the batter door off, push the battery in the 4 directions (north south east west) and it would come back. if it doesn't, try a hard reset. if all else fails, take it in and have it replaced (hopefully under your free 1 yr warranty)

"If you've turned of LED's (or loaded a rom with the LED's turned off) This will disable vibrate..."
Ok I loaded an AKU 3.5 that comes with the LED's turned off, which I have since turned back on. Are you suggesting that if I turn these LED's back off, that the vibrate will once again work? |
