Modem Link Missing

I just flashed my XV6700 and now I'm missing Modem Link. I checked my settings in 'The Kitchen' and I had it selected. Short of having to reimage my phone, can someone tell me how to manually install Modem Link or give me a better free alternative for non-blue tooth tethering? Thanks!
