random ringtones?

would it be possible to create a program that will play a different ringtone each time the phone rings? i think this would be pretty unique and cool. would be nice if we can specify which folder the ringtones are stores so it wouldnt use the ones already installed in the rom which cant be removed.

anyone else interested in this?
