Where can I get installer for O2 Plus ?

I am interested in installing a clean ROm and then adding only O2 Plus. is there a cab or exe installerfor the O2 Plus ?

There is a thread in the Software forum that has the cabs. There are two different versions. I suggest the one posted later in the thread that is slimmed down and only requires the install of one cab.
