fyi, the *working verizon oem* is just one taken from an existing OEM (from the ftp, the one named \OEM\MMS_3.0.16.16. I flashed it on my spare phone, and it didnt work. So, I exported the reg from my working phone (running vzw mms cab from official vzw ext_rom) exported the registry, and edited it into my rgu.
Have you checked to make sure you have that key in there that I talked about, the one that has your 10 digit number in there? It's working fine for me. (tested to my razr just fine) Good Luck. Let us know what finally fixed it when you get it working on your phone.

All MMS oems are useless and do not work. They flash fine and look pretty on the phone, but they do not send(even though it says it does & if it does where to I don't know) and then never is received.
