Want the software that allows me to change various hackable settings on my 6700

There were a couple of programs I downloaded off these forums before that allow you to change settings on your phoneand implement various hacks on a xv6700. This is software that runs off the apache itself and you can change your settings anytime. I cannot find them no matter how many searches I do. Anyone know what software programs I am talking about and where to get them?

All these are hacks done in the registry but just put in a GUI format. There are SO many of these type apps.
