HELP: USB not recognized on Saridnours’ AKU 3.5+ ROM

I have been using Saridnours’ AKU 3.5+ PR4 ROM for a week now but now my phone is not recognized in all computers that I have access to. Tried everything, hard reset, erase, bootloader mode (would only show serial). It won't even charge from a cradle. I have to take the battery out to charge it. Other than that, it's working. I need to flash it back with the Sprint AKU 2.2 before I call in for repair. Is there a way to flash rom with the miniSD card. There is some trick on xda site but it's not apply for the Apache.

Help

Don't know how to get you out of it, but if you have to send in for service, I would make sure to have it in bootloader mode. From what I hear if it's in bootloader and they can't connect to it then it's replaced. But again that is what I "hear". Also I am guessing you have tried multiple cables?

Yes, I have tried 3 different cables already. If I put in in bootloader, it won't slick if you reset it. In xda site, there was mention of putting the rom and rename it to the device name (APACHE.NBF) and put in on bootloader and it would flash it. I tried that and it did not work. I must have not got the right filename.
