Replacing wince.nls in making Custom ROM?

I'm making a 3.5 custom ROM. I've made an OEM for supporting Other languages, which has wince.nls in it. In compiling the ROM, a warning message says "Wince.nls already exists. It will be skipped". I guess this file is part of the OS and needs to be replaced with mine, but I couldn't locate it in the kitchen. How best to deal with this?

TIA,
maxm

colonel thanks for your help - but i would need further help. The folder you pointed to only has two files : a .dsm file and mxip_lang.vol. The Kitchen I'm using is the HELMI_Apache_3.5_KITCHEN_PPC-GEEKS_r1.2-pre2. Do I just drop my wince.nls file there?

Make sure your settings in Explorer allow you to view hidden and system files.

You can try dropping it in there. Check to see if it is a larger\newer file. Experiment
