i see you haven't bailed on Sprint yet....have you made changes to your phone that makes it ok enough to stay with Sprint?
my main issues with them is the poor picturemail feature and the lack of decent IM messaging.
I love my Apache, and WM6.1 has been good to me. My Apache is getting worn, however and Sprint won't ever give me an upgrade. I figure instead of spending big money on an upgrade, I might as well switch to an iPhone3G. Believe you me, the only reason I have stayed with Sprint is my dealer plan.

It is pretty sweet and give us Sprint cust some sort of Picmail fuction if you know what I mean.

Also, are you looking for some sort of Threading SMS software?
For threaded SMS, I like pocketCM. It's a great finger interface contact manager and has threaded sms.

cool, i'll give that a look.
threading would be nice, but i'm mainly missing the buddylist feature.
there's a VERY crude AIM txt feature for Sprint users, but you have to lookup AIM names and type them in:

There was a thread on the range of ESN's for Verizon to accept other carriers CDMA 67, dont know if there is a range for the 68, the best bet is to call Verizon and just ask it is really no big deal.

The only carrier that really does not accept any other carriers CDMA ESNs is Sprint...with them might as well just give up and just buy/ebay a sprint phone.
