B-Speech pairs but no data

Just bought B-Speech GPS 20C. It paired and work on the first day. Next day there's no connection with apps and a gpsviewer app show no data is coming back from the device.

COnnecting via my laptop I also have no data it seems. Anyone have one of these and know how to reset it or maybe there is something else?

Re: B-Speech pairs but no data

Thats a cute and small device for sure. However, what have you tried to do to resolve it? Have you unpaired it and re-paried it to your 6700? What map based software are you using BTW?

Re: B-Speech pairs but no data

Thanks for reply!

Paired and unpaired with both PPC & laptop. That works flawlessly. Using TomTom, Google maps app & the GPSViewer app from Holux, all worked great on day one. Now, none of them find the GPS. weird! Pairs perfectly, just not connecting.

One good thing to know about the B-Speech, though they have won awards, it seems there is no way to contact them for support or in any way.

Re: B-Speech pairs but no data

You may have to create a new port for the GPS unit on your 6700.

Re: B-Speech pairs but no data

Pairs perfect, set to COM4, just no GPS is seen, no data coming back.
The GPSviewer app can send a command, "done" gets displayed, but there's just no data.
