6700 Locking up

Hello all. I got a problem with my 6700 that just developed in the last couple of days. I have had the phone since about october and ran it stock till December when I found this wonderful site and upgraded the rom to helmi wm6 kitchen. ran fine then I upgraded to Helmi's 6.1 about 2 months ago. Ran fine still, infact better then ever. Now, when I make a phone call I can talk for about 90 seconds then the phone locks up and ends the call. The counter is still going but you can't get the phone to do anything so I have to reset. Also it will not connect to the internet. It'll say Cannot connect for unknown reason. Check settings.

I have tried hard reset and ##rtn reset. Reloaded the rom with stripped down "no extras" and still did same. Now trying 1.43 radio. see if that works.
Just incase, does anybody have better ideas?

Thanks in advance for all your help

Ken

Re: 6700 Locking up

did you try to flash back to oem just to see if it is the phone or programs. You seem to already know how, so it shouldn't be that hard. atleast then you would know if something went wrong in the phone or just something went wrong with the upgrade. atleast that is where i would start.
