So, no. However, I have uploaded said kitchen to the FTP site and anyone is welcome to download it, add such customizations to the base Clean and Simple ROM as they see fit and then upload the new version for all to enjoy. In fact, this has already happened. |

As for Vista, other than the ROM cooking issue, I love it. So much better than XP in so many subtle ways. |

Just curious, but have you or anyone you know tried to used the new VM Ware Player 2.0 on Vista to do the things only XP can do? I have Vista on my PC too and was wondering if one could flash and build kitchens via a VM... Thanks for your hard work... |

Jeff, can you post the changes you made to the MMS package for the kitchen to preset all the settings for Sprint? MMS, sprint customizations and the boot up screen are the only changes compared to the non-Sprint version, right?

Jeff,
In an email above you said you had uploaded your kitchen to the FTP. On page 11 of this thread is your C&S for Sprint Kitchen ROM which I can get to by following the link in your post. I do not find it in the PPCGeeks downloads, nor do I see your "kitchen" in downloads. Where do I find the FTP for the kitchen files? By your ktichen do you mean that I uncompress your C&S .exe file found at the link in your post of page 11 of this thread? I have started read the two how to cook your own ROM sticky threads and my head is spinning. It seems Greek to me, but maybe if I tried to do it, it would be more understandable as I went along. I would like to apply the BT kitchen fixes to you C&S for Sprint and will do so if I can find your kichen and can figure out how to do it. When I am doing it, I was wondering about taking out or UPX'ing the PowerPoint program which is large and which I have never used - although I would like to have it available but just not built into the ROM so it cannot be UPX'd later, unless it can be UPXed into the ROM. Can files that are to go in the ROM be UPX'ed? |

UPXing stuff in ROM doesn't really do anything, since the ROM image itself is compressed to begin with. |
