From what I have gathered it appears This Guy is the one who wrote the slider seen in the video along with a bunch of other stuff used in that video.. however he got hit by apple for it and wont release anything. he does say though that he used PPL1.20. PPL for the programming..

Just out of pure curiosity I went ahead and downloaded it and figured I would play with PPL and try my hand at programming a slide lock. Mind you I have little to no real programming language so dont get hopes up unless someone with alot more expierence deciedes to try it.

EDIT: Darn the guys that make PPL told me that it currently doesnt support making today plugins , because that requires working with DLLs and they hope to have that in a future release..

I got the trial working perfectly on my phone =]

I just hit the phone lock icon I setup with the Iphone skin and it opens up when I turn on the screen =]

what patents does apple have to a slidding lock? bastards.... they have their scroll wheel that killed all the other mp3 players from dominating... they don't need to defend similar look / function of their crap too. Wasn't apple pro- open source back when microsoft was dominating them???? and now that they have some new gear in the market... they are back to restricting anything that looks like an apply or a scroll wheel. is it just me?

Ok, I am having the hardest time finding, downloading, and installing the iphone program for my 6800. Can anyone direct me to a really "mogul for dummies" post that will show me how to do it as well as make everything work right? Thanks
