Re: neebie help asap
I have found that when one gets the situation you have, or that nasty country code
error... or the cant connect to device error when the actual flash is starting... that simply leaving the 6700 connected, and doing a hard reset on it..and then trying the flash agian usually works !!!! the problem is caused by windows not having synced with the apache in its normal mode before you tried to flash it... if you first hook it up and then go to " my computer " and make sure you see the apache icon there before you try to flash... YOU SHOULD BE OK... |

Re: neebie help asap
You are using BuildOS, right? I've never used the 6.1 kitchen but on the 6.0 kitchen, at the top toolbar, "Device", "OS", "RUU", and "Carrier". The RUU has a pulldown menu. Select "NoID" here. Carrier is your wireless company. RUU = ROM Update Utility. This is how the ROM is transferred to the phone. It is set corresponding to your bootloader version. Since you changed it from 2.05 to 2.02, you should use NoID.
