Re: insurance

Take it to a sprint store it's free to fix. Since it's a warranty issue.

Send it to lockline and they'll knock you out for 50-55$ i'm not sure the exact amount but it's between that.

Lockline doesn't care what the reasons are. They just charge that flat rate.

Sprint's store will determine based on the reasons of the damage whether you pay, don't pay or are just screwed based on the problem and the type of insurance you have.

Re: insurance

I have had issues where I couldnt sync to my PC due to firewalls issues. have you checked the 'exceptions' in the XP firewall and do you have any other software firewalls such as Norton or Zone Alarm? Secondly, can you charge the phone with the USB cable to the PC? If so then the phone and USB port are fine and it isnt the phone that is the problem but rather the wall charger. Have you soft reset and let it fully boot up and THEN try to connect it to the wall charger? As for the device not synching, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling AS to see if that resolves it.

Worse case senario you can simply do you own insurance claim online by going here and paying the $50 bux.
