can't change msid

hi everyboy, i have a problem with my 6700 provider alltel, i will migrate a movistar , but de programming can't change

1-) ##000000 send
MDN : 1159814589 (NEW NUMBER)
MSID : 1159814589 (NEW NUMBER)
Home SID/NID #1 : 32385/65535 (NEW NUMBER)
OK and reset device...but ,, return to verify the writing,,, and,,,

2.-) ##000000 send
MDN : 1159814589 (it changed)
MSID : 0000000000 (it didn't changed)
Home SID/NID #1 : 32385/65535 (it changed)

why!!, i need help, I have not found any post on this problem, i upgrade to wm6 and the radio 1.43, but nothing,

Re: can't change msid

Goto NAM Settings.
Change Mobile Directory Number to yournumber.
MIN1 and MIN2 should auto change to reflect the number you put in there.
Change MSID to yournumber.
Make sure NMSI has changed to show 00"yournumber".

NOTE: This is how I did it on Sprint. If it is different for Alltel, I apologize.
