No green phone button

Is anyone else having problems with WM6.1 Helmi's build from BuildOS where the green phone button isn't working when dialing the number in? I can use contacts and it will dial but when i type the number in and press the green phone button "hardware button" it does nothing.

I assumed it was a problem with the button physically but it started working again and quit again in a matter of an hour. Also, i knew it was working because when a phone call comes in, i can press it and it picks up. it just wont let me dial the number on screen and press it to start dialing.

As on update on this. It only happens if the phone has been turned off "slight push of the power button" and taken out. i can hit the green button a few times and it does nothing. about 5 seconds after i pull out the keyboard and put it back in, it starts working prefectly and flawlessly until i press the power button to put it in standby. then i have to open the keyboard, close the keyboard and wait a few seconds for the green button to work

Any ideas?

I have no idea other than to tell you to re-cook the 6.1 and see what you get.

Thanks, Evidently the keypad cable was loose. i opened it up and tightened it. unfortunately, in the process i broke the volume switch. i had to buy a beater, desolder that one and put it on mine. took about 30 minutes but my phone is working 100% now

If anyone needs help completely replacing the usb piece, power connector or the volume control box, let me know. i'm a pro now.
