No green phone button

Is anyone else having problems with WM6.1 Helmi's build from BuildOS where the green phone button isn't working when dialing the number in? I can use contacts and it will dial but when i type the number in and press the green phone button "hardware button" it does nothing.

I assumed it was a problem with the button physically but it started working again and quit again in a matter of an hour. Also, i knew it was working because when a phone call comes in, i can press it and it picks up. it just wont let me dial the number on screen and press it to start dialing.
