ppc 6700 wont work

i dropped my ppc 6700 on the ground and it wont turn on anymore. when i put it in the charger the red light comes on like there is no battery in it. is it broke???

you checked the battery connectors right..

He has a point, it is eiither that what he suggests (or a really dead battery) or what you already fear it is. Let us know what you find it to be.

i took it to a repair shop and they dont know the problem could it be that i just need a new battery

they didn't have a battery to try, or another phone to try your battery in ?

hope you didn't pay for that "service"
batteries are cheep. if you like I've got a sprint 6700 I don't need, if you want it.
