No, you cannot delete any apps that are installed in a rom. You can, however, delete the link in \Windows\Programs (or Startup) so you don't have to see them. Regardless, they are not taking up any space that you as a user can use.

How much space is available when creating a custom ROM? What's the process you and others have used when adding OEMs to make sure that you don't exceed the limit? Thanks
