sompyweather question...

so i downloaded this program, and i adjusted it to my location, and did a refresh with that little green button on the top left, and everything is still zero, and it says rain. the default was NY and it was all zero's with rain and clouds. so idk..

oh but when i put Albuquerque, New Mexico, and set the temp reading to F*. i get a temp of 12,859 deg F* and numbers that are higher and lower than that too for the rest of the week. idk what the hell is the deal. and it's default is New york for some reason, not sure why that is either...

but when i put Albuquerque or Albuquerque, NM... i get no readings, only when i spell the whole thing out do i get readings

ok, here goes my end of this thing. I installed is on the SD card and it acted a little bit funky for me.......to the point i didnt really like it and removed it from my phone completely. Then i wentin my brain like "oh im helping someone

" so i reinstalled it but this time on the actualy 6700 memory.........surprisingly it worked just fine for me.

Do you mind telling us what else do you have installed?? Go to settings, systems, add/remove prgorams, and please just list on here what u have on there

Sometimes some software actualy makes others mess up for whatever reason they do.............

Also, if you really really like that program stick with it. But also know that there is other ones that members have poster on this site that I like better than the one you are trying to use

Im still playing with the software you are having the issue with, so i know we will figure it out soon.

yeah i downloaded the beta 2 version. i like the other ones but i kinda dont really want to pay for the other "good" versions out there. but i'm beginning to believe that if i want to have what i keep seeing, i just might haft to shell out some mulah to buy them. especially the desktop/today screen designer.

umm i'm in the process of doing a hard reset and reloading all of the programs that i need on her instead of all the junk that's on her now so it's not so cluttered anymore. but i didnt have that many programs on her, here, let me pop the battery in and tell you real quick what i have/had before i do the hard reset...

also real quick, when i do the hard reset, am i going to haft to go in and configure MMS to work again? with the registry hack and all?

and what are good programs out of the list i have, that should be saved and ran from the SD card? and what should be installed on the phone...

oh and included is a screen shot below of another person's device that i really like, like i mean what the today screen looks like. anyone know how i could get to this point with little to no cost possible? TIA

yea after a hard reset you will have to install/redo the registry hack and reinstall the mms program.

Magic Button (i use the main memory, it has alittle foot print)
MemMaid (can be installed on the mini)
BT Toggle ( i say main, but probably can be installed on the mini)
E-Ten m600 Blue Dialer skin (doesnt work)
Microsoft .NET CF 2.0 (can be installed on the mini)
Sirius SiriuCE (can be installed on the mini)
Arcsoft MMS (i did the main, not sure)
Agile Messenger(can be installed on the mini, but I have noticed sometimes it will say agile cant load blah blah after turning on the screen, this is because its on the start menu. but hitting ok clears everything up)

as far as that today screen. claucher is a freeware that makes a laucher like the bottom where the meters are. not sure about the weather tho, I dont use them.

actually that today screen running spb weather and pocket plus. Not so sure where to get the meters from, but they have some themes on their site, but theres its not freeware.
