The Verizon one is down right now too. I tried getting a link to Verizon's support page, but they just link to UTStarcom.

Great list, but I have not been able to find an Alltel ROM for the UTStarcom 6700- all download links from support pages have failed. Does anyone have a current Alltel rom they could direct me to?

I just updated the Alltel link.

Update: I checked all the links and updated the dead ones. They are all working as of this post.
