Help no txt messaging

after i loaded rom my txt messaging doesnt work help asap!!!!!!

What ROM are you loading? Silly question, but did you install the correct ROM for your carrier?

found the rom version 3.61.00 wwe

i just reloaded the rom on to the device because i didnt hard reset after i loaded rom all i did was a soft reset

Yeah, do the hard reset. Maybe even a couple times. Make sure you cooked the rom for Sprint.
