Pocket PC vs Treos??
Quote:
step ur knowledge up....you can add this to any smartphone. i got Windows Live on my ppc. IMO PPC are more stable then smartphones. [\quote]
Let's make a deal..I'll step my knowledge game up if you step your reading comprehension game up. Nowhere did I state thatyou couldn't get that on other PDA phones. I simply stated that this is an "out of the box" function on the Window Mob 5 Treo's. That means that everybody who buys one wil have this on their phones.
Also the Treo's are not considered smartphones, smartphones as defined by Windows Mobile devices are devices without a touchscreen, for example, the Dash, Blackjack, Motorola Q, are considered Windows Mobile smart phones...the Treo, PPC-6700, 8125 and 8525 are PDA phones, because they have touch screens, styli, and the ability to not only view but edit Word, and Excel files, though with 3rd party apps like Documents to Go you can add that to smartphones.
Even Windows Mobile 6 will make the distinction of Windows Mob 6 Standard for the smartphones, and Windows Mobile 6 Professional for the full fledged PDA phones.
I have respect fr the HTC slide keyboard phones..heck I just had the 8525 which is a more fleshed out version of the 8125
