most likly am going to sprint today to check it out but i just added the insurence yesterday an am go today or should i wait a little longer

I think you have to wait 30 days after picking up insurance to be able to make a claim on it.

na the sprint person said i n need to wait 72 hours to get full effect to my phone sine am go 2marro couse it got to late for me to go it would go to sprint an i called them already and they said that the insurance on my phone has been added already am go 2marro an see what they tell me

The dock has a seperate battery bay to charge an extra battery. What happens when you stick it in there? I had a completely drained battery and it did not seem to want to charge via USB (though the phone did turn on normally and all) some USB ports do not provide enough juice. OR you wall charger is hosed. try your computer USB port into the charger not the phone. Stick the battery in the slot. Your USB port may not have enough power to BOTH charge the battery and power the phone but should be enough to just charge the battery.
