URGENT ppc not working WHY

Yeah, the Apache doesn't turn off, just the screen. The rest of his advice is good. If you have left it plugged in for an hour or more, and you are still having problems, then the battery is probably bad.

yea am going to charge it for the day i just think it is bad when the screen is turning of and on for a while but i got nothing to lose it they cant repair it they give me a mogul 6800 free of charge

also the phone only charges via USB and it only charges when i hit the power button but only charges for like 1 min then the phone restarts again any ideas no matter what i do it will restart i take out the mem card it restarts and plug it out of chargin it will restart no matter what it restarts

So if it will charge via USB then everything is fine, if it wont charge via wall charger then go get a new one. Go get you a new battery also if the phone will not 'detect' it or read it. Nothing wrong with trying to get an upgrade though.

yea i don't mind getting the upgrade an i don't mind staying with the phone since ppc 6700 are discontinued

most likly am going to sprint today to check it out but i just added the insurence yesterday an am go today or should i wait a little longer

I think you have to wait 30 days after picking up insurance to be able to make a claim on it.

na the sprint person said i n need to wait 72 hours to get full effect to my phone sine am go 2marro couse it got to late for me to go it would go to sprint an i called them already and they said that the insurance on my phone has been added already am go 2marro an see what they tell me
