downloaded, now what?

Okay, sorry, probably a lame question. I downloaded the ilauncher, for the icons, I think and also the Vista phonepad and I can't figure out what to do with them now to make them work. I've already extracted them on the phone.

After I've extracted the programs to I need to leave everything on the phone or can I delete some of the files to save room?

Help! Thanks!

if it was a .zip with a .cab inside, extract the .cab tap it, it will install itself, then u can delete the .cab and the .zip to save space once the program is installed. or just browse the .zip and tap on the .cab, then remove the .zip. hope this helps.
