xv6700 borked.

Ok, long time no post =D. So basically, long story short, back in September my phone was broken, someone jammed the joystick in, and it never came out. I got another phone and ended up going back to the "regular" phone world for a while and now I REALLY miss my smartphone.

What I'm asking is, has anyone had experience repairing the apache? I didn't know if there was an easy way I could remove the case and try to fix the joystick myself? The joystick is constantly pressing down triggering all kinds of weird stuff because it just randomly hits enter in menus -_-.

"AE Button/Plus" will disable the joystick.

Ok, thanks, I'll keep that in mind, but I really want to try to physically fix the joystick =D.

This is off PPCFreak's signature line so you might want to thank him.

Re: xv6700 borked.

I tried AEB+ before I dismantled my phone, but I couldn't get it to disable the joystick, it kept clicking at random times!
