we are going to need more details in this to help you.

First what caused you to want to laod a new radio rom?

Second, which was the first radio rom you tried and how did you do this?

Third, have you tried putting the phone in bootloader after a hard reset and running the stock SPCS exe that Colonel posted? If so what were the results.

Fourth, what is the current state of the phone when it loads?
Can you get to all the pda functions, but the cell phone part doesn't work?

Please answer each of these questions in as much detail as possible so we can best assist you.

Here is a reference for the error codes:
http://www.ppcgeeks.com/upgrade-erro...ror+codes.html

What happens when you try the installer from the UTStarcom site? I still do not understand exactly what you did to start this issue. What radio were you at to begin with. What radio did you flash that caused this problem? I need you to be very specific with answers. You said you tried 3 different radios. Where did you get these radios? What upgrade utility were you using to flash them?

This is reminding me an awful lot of kdoweb's problem... even down to the versions reported in the bootscreen. Considering that kdoweb opted to file for insurance, I don't think the prospects look good here.

To be safe, only upgrade to a radio that is in an Official upgrade. Then you can go back to a custom rom. If your carrier has not released a newer version of a radio, you probably do not need it.
