Replacing Apache

So my Apache is banged up as all ****. Missing the rubber insert to my joystick, antenna's cracked, all that.

My question is, before I send it to Asurion, do I need to reflash it back to the old WM5 OS?

Thanks for the help.

Re: Replacing Apache

I have always heard that it is good to reflash back to original version when replacing either at store or asurion.

Re: Replacing Apache

like I said before, and even though we discussed it, ill say it for everyone else to read, keep the phone, claim it as lost and keep it for parts or backup and still get a new phone.
