PPC 6700 SD card issues now

Ok, I was having trouble because my phone would not receive any calls, called sprint and they had me hard reset and then they reprovisioned my service. I can receive calls now, but now about every 30 minutes I get a pop up saying that an SD card was inserted and do I want to search the card for picture or video. This is so aggravating. What is going on now? Is there a way to fix this? This never happened before the hard reset. I know I read something about this somewhere, but I can not find it doing a search...I must be wording my search wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
