Palm Threaded SMS Beta4 question

I just installed this and I was wondering how to set it up so that I can get a sound notification when I receive a text msg.

Also, Is there a way to get rid of SMS on the left soft key? I already have WM5 New Menu installed and would like to use that. Would that program work with the Palm Threaded SMS?

As for notification, you set it up just like any other notification (start->settings->sounds and notifications->notifications).

Not sure about the other question though.

Yes it will work with WM5newmenu. I use that because i have 3 options when I press the left soft key. (Text, Email, Flashlight). Just install it, pick your options and backup the saved settings to your storage card for whenever you flash or anything like that. It will overwrite whatever registry settings are already there and if you uninstall the original settings will come back.
