need help with programming

hi there.. I am pretty new at this.. I have a 6700 with bell mobility. I am attempting to activate it but I am having some problems programming the msid and such so that the network recognises my number.. bell already has the esn and a rep was walking me through the programming with the ## codes and I couldnt get anything to work.. I have used the latest kitchen and am not sure if this has something to do with it.. the ## code that the bell rep gave me is ##393035.. anyone know if this is correct or if there is another way to do this.. I would really like to use my phone.. Thanks in advance for any help!!

SOME pads have issues while others do not. I have a custom pad and have no issues. Just clarifying.
