duh... i did a bad thing

i searched where someone told me... but i couldn't find it.

i was buzzed
driving
and it was dark...

and i was trying to reset my phone... and jabbed the stylus into the usb... now my phone is messed up.

i want to take it in... but i have a custom rom. i dont know if they will fix it if its like this. can someone please help me bring it back to normal? with out usb? maybe i should just claim it stolen/lost?

just flash to a official ROM from SD Card and odds are unless the tech/rep has custom ROMs before im sure they wont be able to tell 80% percent of the time.

I agree but if you are going to get a replacememt anyway, just claim it as lost and get a new one and keep the old one for parts

You should give them your license and keys ******. Maybe they'll give you a gameboy. Our friends and families are using those roads too.

Not that Drunk driving is Justafiable behovior nor am i justafiing his or her behovior but he or she came here for help on what to do on a phone not to be called bad things by someone who speaks down to other people. Perhaps this may help you understand a little.

thanks psx moe... and for "dang"... i know the reprocutions of my actions. but... I was thinking ... sleeping in the car w/ the keys in the trunk then driving buzzed at 4:30 am on a sunday, would be better than driving F'd up drunk the same direction as 40 other drunk drivers are going at 130 -2 30 am on a friday night.

btw... I was wondering if someone could help me with finding the oficial rom... i ussually look onto colonel's ftp site. but i can't find the official rom. and directions on how to load it onto the sd card. since it doesn't seem to allow me to choose where to unpack the files.

As for loading a ROM and installing it on an SD is beyond my skill level. I just upgraded to
myself. But i remember somewhere someone brke there port and found where to get a new one and soder it in i guess. look around.

Oh try looking on UTSarcoms website, but i may be wrong.

here is what you do.....if you have sprint..... if you don't have insurance call and get it.... wait a day..... take out battery, stick phone in microwave for 2 or 3 seconds..... put battery back in .... go to sprint and tell them the phone wont turn on.... you will get new phone for free...... good luck
