Weird Screen Comes up?????

Back again with another issue i have no idea what happen i tried upgrading my rom and it seemed that it was updating until the end it said error so i restarted the phone and this screen came up



now when i tried upgrading it says device error this is not designed for ur device and it gets stuck in bootloader mode which i can het out of using the UNi_exitbootloader but its still goes back to the screen? did i killl my phone?
