No Network Connection when in ActiveSync?

Hi,
when I'm plugged in via USB and ActiveSync is on,I don't seem to be able to have internet connection. EVDO or WIFI. I can't remember if this was always the case or was it because i updated to the Colonels 3.3 AKU. I see the WIFI is connected but can not get out to the net, via IE for example.

I thought i was able to use the EVDO and WIFI before while charging the unit, but not 100% sure if that was true or not.

Does this work for anyone else?

thanks.

when activesync is on it tries to take over the network connection and use your PCs connection for the internet. If you disable activesync you should be able to use it to charge the phone and still use the wifi/evdo portions though.
