Re: Upgrading to Apache WM6 CE OS 5.2.1620 (Build 18125.0.4.2) help

when my phone was working in order to upgrade the rom i just plugged it in to the computer like you would normally do to sync with active sync because if i put it into bootloader mode it wouldnt get the device data so i couldnt upgrade but when i connect to the computer normally it would first get the device data then after it got it it would automatically go into bootloader mode does that make sense?

I've never loaded a cooked ROM b4. Are you following some type of tutorial? You have to be using a kitchen to get the RUU interface to upload the ROM. For now, why don't you go to the HTC website and load a stock ROM per their instructions. Then you can figure out how to downgrade your bootloader version later. At this point you just want to get it to work, right?
