Restrict ringer during time frame?

Is there a program that will allow this so when I go to bed and get up it will auto turn off/on. I know that it can be done with the calender but I don't want to see my next appointment to be ringer off every night.

The sleepwell that I am finding is for smartphones. I found this program h**p://www.connectivetools.com/switchprofile.html. The only problems is that it is for smartphone's also.
