Main Memory programs:
Wisbar Advanced 2
MemMaid
PHM RegEdit
phoneAlarm Lite 1.53
Voice Command
PHM Tray Launch
Treo 700W Speed Dialer

Memory Card:
MobiTV
Opera
SiriuCE
Well, I certainly don't see anything that would cause the problems there...

Very strange: I'd try (if not already) uninstalling WA2: that's my guess.
Exactly.....that's why it was weird to me as well....well it gets stranger...it hasn't done it to me again.....hopefully its fixed though I didn't change anything....thanks for the help though

not to beat on a deadhorse, but in AE Button Plus, there is a function that quickly disables the "auto power off" and it can be mapped to a hardware key. It's also found under the "Actions Menu".

It's nice b/c you can just click and it'll keep an notification icon in the Start bar so you don't forget it's disabled. Really good if you need to keep the screen on/device on for extended periods of time.
