Can you change the folder icon in settings and programs?

Yes you can. You need a program like Total Commander though. Basicly you need to locate the icon image on your main memory and name the new desired icon the same name as the default icon. However, you need to make sure the new icon is in the same file format as the default one. When you add the new icon to your device it will ask if you want to override the existing icon, thewn click yes.

No actually The pic to the left is my WAD and the pic to the right is the second page of my Vista Universe WAD. Here is the link to my Vista Universe WAD. And thanks for the compliment.
