I have now done a clear storage and pic mail still does not work.
Final Edit and solution I figured out they mis-keyed a number in my phone number and did not enter a MSID when provisioning my phone.. Problem solved! |

Yes, when I send a pic via the Arcsoft mms account I can go to
http://pictures.sprintpcs.com log into my picmail account and see the pictures that I have sent/received to/from my friends. I can also take part in all the other features just as if I had a ordinary camera phone from sprint. Not sure if this is the answer you are looking for.... Just in case.. no, I do not have to upload to the picmail site and then send from there...though I could Drew |

And what exactly did u do? Because most ppl hated that this didn't store the pictures sent in the account online. If it works for u what did u do? This would make some folks happy I myself never even check my sprint picture mail account.

I am sorry that I do not have a really nifty solution.. It just works
I have had picmail on the same line (different phone) before I had my 6700.. some people my be working off the illusion that they do not have a picmail account through the sprint page. If you have a 6700 your page looks much different than lets say an MM A800. You do not have a link to your pics page. Yet you can still access it through pictures.sprintpcs.com. with your phone number and a password Drew |
